What Is Orion's Dimmest Star

start of season 2010!

It is new every year a special experience - the start of the triathlon season. In the last few years (or better - until now) was the kick-off for the racing season for me always takes place in the train. The Zytturm triathlon gave me always a good platform for my form before the Zurich Ironman test - and due to be nervous if it does not happen as expected. Mostly I was in train before the race started at the Winterthur half marathon and is biased because I run this was from 2007 to 2009 and three times in a row to German, in the pants - time for it to break new ground.
the half marathon I ran but already this year - rain, cool temperatures and with the aftermath of food poisoning, I went to the start. I was in tenth place overall, remained at this track for the first time (just) below the limit of 1:20 hours of running time and made it into my class after all, to second place - actually not bad, I can say probably.
followed in the weeks to undergo a rigorous training program in which I often entertained the suspicion that it had on me except my coach - but what can I say? I enjoyed to the fullest, regardless of the weather follows me to push the limits, sometimes in the evening that I no longer knew if I should giggle or howl, only mistaken. How it should be!
On Saturday was the first triathlon on the program - this time not in train, but the Austrian Kirchbichl.
I keep it short: it was a brilliant experience. Saturday morning in the car, four-hour drive to Tyrol with a short stop for Wiener schnitzel, then by 15 clock start. People like Faris Al-Sultan, they would reach there, the air was so thin on top - otherwise, since when my legs on the first climb on the bike, I realized that I had in terms of speed-strength training or nothing at all - only after a good 15 kilometers I came into the aisles.
similar to the running - the spasms, I had in my upper chest muscles, were unseen and forced me at about seven miles to a flat laborious breathing. I was thoroughly diesel.
the end I was in 18th place finish in the standings, the race I was third in my category - I can do better!
But - along with a great and very hard day, this race for me like a premiere. For the first time in my life anyway I started without my asthma medication - I'm the last four months, "Clean". I did not know how my body would react respectively in this brutal, high intensity - and was seen such a lot to learn. I know now, what can I work and I look forward to drive this year without chemicals in the system my race - and to give it all! The roadmap for Copenhagen's true!
I am most grateful to all my sponsors and supporters who have enabled me to this race and support me! Without you would not!
Thanks also to the greenhorns Bichlwang for the photo service - your event is Rock 'n' roll and I'm looking forward to next year!
Sincerely,
Fabian

Colour Shirt Should Wear Grey Suit

decisions

D he week is only a few days old, but the day I was already back. Often such statements go even with a groan or a similar hand in hand - this is not meant here. No, I am very honest about it. The long time abroad this spring was great (maybe except for three days, in which my stomach took control over the rest of the body ...) and I had great fun working with the athletes. Nevertheless, it is good to be back home.
Yes, it's raining, it's not particularly hot for, that everything is already in mid-May, But somehow it is my Rain, do you understand? Nobody trained like in the wet, except the pool again, but then again when you return home and can put wet clothes in the washing machine with the guarantee that everything is dry again - that's something!
The long story short - I'm recovering very well from my illness now. missing my legs are still belonging to lack freshness, I still feel sluggish and have some difficulties with my energy budget (if you notice a rule each day so a lot eat like two adult Danish mastiffs together and then for three days nothing at all, then this one ..) - but I would like to feel good again, and so I now start to my season. How will it come out then, that God alone knows - and that's a good thing!
Also I found after the trip to and from Spain back somehow the taste for long road trips, and so of course gladly accepted the invitation of my two Austrian friends, open up with them to the actual triathlon season in Kirchbichl near Innsbruck - something different than always the Zytturm Triathlon in train!
I am looking forward to this year - it will be interesting!
Sincerely,
Fabian

Panasonic Ht740 Master Reset

Now he there, the bliss month of May. That the weather was a little sheet to be seen, because you can change it anyway nothing. But now the winter is definitely passé, the trees are green again and the meadows colorful - and what could be better than that?
this must be said that I have spent this spring really much time abroad. In February and March / April when I was on Fuerteventura in training camp, was also here nature is still timid and I went two weeks ago again to Spain, most trees were still bare forever.
Since yesterday evening I'm back home and am very happy about it, even here at last everything again flourishing and green to be found - the training for the new season can now also go so right!
First, it means to me but once again, to be healthy, because like in the last two years I have had this year a rather unpleasant experience at the camp in Cambrils. A slight food poisoning put me all three days long lame, neither training nor of food was thinking. I took off in that time only three pounds - all substance, which I had learned in a long work and I now missing.
I had been in early April suggests that the Half Challenge Barcelona for a week has been moved forward and I would not care to start - now I'm frankly even grateful, for now would be a start to think, not even if the competition would still take place at the old date.
the next few days I'll spend time to recover whole again. Also, my ambitions for the Winterthur half marathon I've put back - if I start, I'll decide later in the week.
I know not yet what this episode in Spain was now well again - there has, however, in recent weeks and months, rarely in my life something happens for no reason, I am confident that this time a benefit beyond infected.
Right now I'm just grateful that I am well again, that I arrived safely at home (after a 11-hour road trip across Europe - how awesome it was for) and that here, as I said, the nature again full throttle. I plan to imitate her soon!
I wish you all good training - and see you soon!
Sincerely,
Fabian
