Now he there, the bliss month of May. That the weather was a little sheet to be seen, because you can change it anyway nothing. But now the winter is definitely passé, the trees are green again and the meadows colorful - and what could be better than that?
this must be said that I have spent this spring really much time abroad. In February and March / April when I was on Fuerteventura in training camp, was also here nature is still timid and I went two weeks ago again to Spain, most trees were still bare forever.
Since yesterday evening I'm back home and am very happy about it, even here at last everything again flourishing and green to be found - the training for the new season can now also go so right!
First, it means to me but once again, to be healthy, because like in the last two years I have had this year a rather unpleasant experience at the camp in Cambrils. A slight food poisoning put me all three days long lame, neither training nor of food was thinking. I took off in that time only three pounds - all substance, which I had learned in a long work and I now missing.
I had been in early April suggests that the Half Challenge Barcelona for a week has been moved forward and I would not care to start - now I'm frankly even grateful, for now would be a start to think, not even if the competition would still take place at the old date.
the next few days I'll spend time to recover whole again. Also, my ambitions for the Winterthur half marathon I've put back - if I start, I'll decide later in the week.
I know not yet what this episode in Spain was now well again - there has, however, in recent weeks and months, rarely in my life something happens for no reason, I am confident that this time a benefit beyond infected.
Right now I'm just grateful that I am well again, that I arrived safely at home (after a 11-hour road trip across Europe - how awesome it was for) and that here, as I said, the nature again full throttle. I plan to imitate her soon!
I wish you all good training - and see you soon!
Sincerely,
Fabian
