Is Carnation Breakfast Essentials Good For?

farewell tour

It's so far. In 2010, at least in sporting terms, approaching the end for me. A week from today will I already have a bag, pack, Fiat and Bikes in Spain - after a long and hopefully problem-free driving, I will once again be in Pineda de Mar on the lower end of the Costa Brava and at the top of the Costa de Maresme at the hotel.
My goal? The same as last year: the Challenge Barcelona, a triathlon over the full long distance.
this summer I had some before in sports - many things went well, the season's climax in Copenhagen, but unfortunately I had fond memories. Thanks to a technical fault I did not even see the finish line - a pity that the pretty race.
Thus the challenge remains for me in Barcelona as a further attempt retrieve my pro license. And what can I say? I am no friend of forecasts and the like. And why? If I have learned in my time on the long distance a little, so that that such a race is never routine. On the 226 miles can happen so very much, good and bad - but it can never be predicted.
I think a long distance triathlon has much in common with a climb up a high mountain: no one rushes to the summit, shouting to the world that one is up and running with fists raised back down. The mountain would take revenge - it takes respect. Respect for the power inherent in a mountain of respect for the mountain itself Sneak is high, thanks that you could do it - and sneaks down again before being noticed.
There is always something special to run across the finish line of a long distance. And I think that a little worse things can happen when you forget that this - that you lose the very essence of the triathlon, the actual thought behind it, about personal wishes, goals and misplaced ambition in mind.
If I can say at the end of this one way or the long, arduous and painful day: that was the maximum, everything today was not - then I will be satisfied. And the farewell tour for this eventful year enjoy it.
In this sense I wish you all a wonderful season - and those who have managed to conquer a spot in Hawaii, I wish all the best. Well, then - see you soon!
Sincerely,
Fabian
