For the first time I had in my season planning in addition to three training camps, two long distance events on the plan and the way some small competitions - I simply wanted to try something new.
In January, the big turning point: after I had gone out in the snow holiday in Davos my medication, I realized very quickly that I no cortisone and co. was significantly better performance to each other and also - I decided a self-test and let the drugs now gone completely.
