How many times have I been left out here know that the time with increasing age (Ha! And I say this with tender 24! How is that follow when the four is the first place? Let's drum, I'm looking forward to it.) goes faster and faster.
had to be me before me this report from the last training camp on Fuerteventura, one time or another - which was, however, nothing that was in large part because the Internet in our hotel only worked, if it had to do just nothing better. And of course, because we are swimming in front of loud, cycling and running to the sea and the sunshine had not much time left that we had before the PC can spend.
Now we are back in Switzerland, and after only two weeks in local clubs tomorrow it will go very soon get rid of - this time to Cambrils in Spain. There will be the last olivierbernhard coaching training camp run by this spring, and I look forward to spending two weeks on the Mediterranean.
It is then quickly have it so much that the season begins - even for me. I had originally planned on the Half-Challenge in 23rd Barcelona to start May - to the race not even on 23, but on 16 should take place on May, barely a week after the last camp.
After some really unusual thinking on my part (it was a matter of reason) and having discussed with my coach Olivier Bernhard I decided to let fly the race. And me Instead, venture closer again those start to the season, which I had sworn off last year, actually: the Winterthur Half Marathon. For three years I associate with this route is not really the best memories, but who knows - a second chance as we know it forever.
Before going there, however, to Spain, where the Internet works hopefully a bit better than on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. And to provide some southern humor, there is here are some impressions of our last camp there.
I wish you all good training, now that spring is really here. Ride on!
Sincerely,
Fabian
